Delivery

Online subscriptions will be set up within two working days and we will email you a password to access the online database.

If you are paying for a renewal, access will automatically continue unless the payment is late, in which case access will be reactivated on the next working day.

Refund Policy

A 48-hour free trial is available before purchase. Personal customers have the right to cancel within seven days of receiving access.

Payment methods accepted

We accept payments by cheque (GBP, drawn on a UK bank) or bank transfer. Please email pip@peopleinpower.com to request bank account details including IBAN/SWIFT.
