Roger East - Editor Building on the experience of his career in current affairs journalism and publishing, Roger is Managing Director of CIRCA, which he founded in 1988. A former editor of Keesing's Record of World Events, he has written widely on international politics, environment and sustainable development.

Catherine Jagger - Editor & Database Manager A co-director of CIRCA, Catherine's training as a mathematician at Cambridge University proved to be excellent preparation for developing and managing our statistical databases. A key member of the CIRCA team since 1997, she has developed a wide knowledge of world affairs and politics and a wealth of experience in bringing editorial projects to fruition. She leads the People in Power editorial team.
